Host an event without a club
Run a single event from a host space of your own, with event chat for everyone who registers and crew you can invite by nickname or email.
You can now host an event on RALLIER without belonging to a club, and people can attend it without belonging to one either.
New
- Host an event from Host an event on the RALLIER website. You get a host space of your own, reused for every event you host, and Start an event opens a draft in the same builder clubs use.
- Hosted events are always public, with registration on the event's public page.
- Attend without joining a club: register on an event's public page with your RALLIER account, or as a guest with just an email address.
- Registered account holders get the event's chat — look for Open event chat on the registration page and on My Event Tickets — and can see convoys heading to the event. Guests don't get chat.
- Invite crew to work an event by nickname or email from Staff. Club membership isn't required, and crew can open only the event they work.
- After an event ends, its chat stays open for a while and then closes. For a hosted event, convoys heading to it end too.
- Before you publish a public event, you may be asked to verify your identity with a photo ID, once.
- Your host dashboard shows your passes, your upcoming, draft, and past events, and their registrations.
